Kathleen Seide is the founder of Trustee & Fiduciary Services of Florida, LLC and serves as trustee, personal representative, agent under power of attorney, and health care surrogate for individuals and families across Florida.
Professional Discipline
Her background includes advancement within the accounting department of WebMD/Medical Manager, where she supported financial analysis, reporting, and executive-level projects. Since 2008, she has owned and operated a Florida real estate brokerage, overseeing asset management, financial reporting, and business operations. This combination of accounting discipline, operational leadership, and direct asset oversight informs her fiduciary approach: structured, documented, and personally accountable.
Compassionate Advocacy
In addition to her professional experience, Kathleen has personally supported close family members through prolonged illness and end-of-life care, navigating complex medical systems, insurance structures, public benefits, and hospice care.
